  3. When you’re ready, click “Checkout”. You can claim your e-Gift Card on the payment page where you see Gift Cards under Payment Method.
  4. Under Redeem Gift Card, please type in or cut and paste the 21-digit card number above and click “Redeem” then continue the checkout process.

Gift cards may be redeemed online, by telephone at 1-888-733-5874, or in LUSH retail stores. Purchases are deducted from the gift card balance up to its balance. Any unused balance will be available for a later purchase. Local exchange rates apply. If an order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other form of payment. Gift card redemption CANNOT be combined with PayPal payment.
